1. How do I enrol at Kensington Institute?

Visit our “All Courses” page, select your desired programme, complete the online application form, upload any required documents (e.g. identification, prior transcripts), and pay the application fee or first instalment. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive login details for our Learning Management System (LMS) and a welcome pack by email.

2. What courses and programmes are offered?

We offer a broad range of online undergraduate and professional development programmes in business, management, finance, marketing, and more. Visit our “All Courses” page for the latest list, with details on duration, entry requirements, fees, and learning outcomes.

3. Are Kensington Institute courses accredited?

Yes. All our degree-level and professional qualifications are accredited by recognised UK awarding bodies. Each course listing clearly states its accreditor and any professional bodies for which it is recognised.

4. How are courses delivered and assessed?

Courses are delivered fully online via our LMS, combining recorded lectures, interactive tutorials, reading materials, and discussion forums. Assessment methods include written assignments, quizzes, case studies, and (where required) live online presentations or exams.

5. What technical requirements do I need?

  • A reliable broadband internet connection

  • A modern desktop or laptop computer (Windows, macOS, or Linux)

  • A recent version of Chrome, Firefox, or Edge (Safari may be supported but is not recommended)

  • A webcam and microphone for live sessions

  • Office-compatible software (e.g. MS Word, Excel, or free alternatives)

6. How can I pay my tuition fees?

We accept:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard)

  • PayPal

  • Bank transfer (details provided at enrolment)

  • Instalment plans (subject to approval).

Full payment is due before course commencement unless you’ve arranged an instalment plan.

7. What is your refund and cancellation policy?

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of enrolment for a full refund, provided the course has not yet started. After that, refunds are graded:

  • Before start date: 90% refund (10% admin fee)

  • Within two weeks of start: 50% refund

  • After two weeks or on instalment plans: no refund

8. Can international students apply?

Yes. We welcome students worldwide. Visa-refused applicants may receive a refund (less a £250 admin fee) upon submission of official refusal documents. Please check your country’s entry requirements; we do not issue CAS letters or sponsor visas.

9. What student support services are available?

10. How long before I receive my certificate?

Once you’ve completed all assessments and met graduation criteria, certificates and transcripts are issued within 4–6 weeks. Digital copies are emailed; hard copies can be requested for an additional fee.

11. Can I transfer credits or switch courses?

Credit transfers from prior study may be possible; submit transcripts for evaluation before enrolment. Course transfers require approval and may incur an admin fee; contact Enrollment Services to discuss.

12. Do you offer scholarships or discounts?

We occasionally provide merit-based scholarships, early-bird discounts, and group rates. Check our “Fees and Scholarships” page or contact Admissions for current offers.

13. How do I update my personal or payment information?

Log in to the Student Portal, go to “My Profile” to update personal details, or “Billing” to update card or instalment plan information. For assistance, email finance@kensingtoninstitute.ac.uk.

14. How can I appeal a grade or make a complaint?

First discuss any concerns with your tutor. If unresolved, submit a formal appeal or complaint through our Appeals & Complaints Procedure, available in the LMS policies section. All appeals are handled impartially by our Academic Committee.
